About These Terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Our Town Gear website and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time — any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.

How We Operate
Our Town Gear is a print-on-demand business. Every product is printed individually when you place your order. We work with third-party production and fulfilment partners who print, pack, and ship directly to you on our behalf. This means products are made to your specification and are not held in stock.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. A contract between us is formed when we send that confirmation.
You must provide accurate and complete delivery and billing information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraud, where information is incomplete, or where an item is mispriced due to an error.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise indicated. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If your payment fails, your order will not be processed.

Production and Delivery
As a print-on-demand business, orders typically dispatch within 2–5 working days. Delivery times vary by destination — full details are on our delivery page.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. During peak periods such as Christmas, production and delivery may take longer. We will display updated estimates on the website during busy periods.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. However, because our products are custom-printed to order, the right to cancel does not apply once production has begun. This exception applies under Regulation 28(1)(b) for goods made to the consumer’s specification.
If your order has not yet entered production, you may request cancellation by contacting us at support@ourtowngear.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is placed.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Full details are available on our returns page.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Product Information and Colours
We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately. However, actual colours may vary depending on your device and screen settings. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is materially different from its description.

All content on this website — including designs, logos, text, and images — is owned by Our Town Gear and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Town Gear is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products.
